Our food is freshly prepared using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and our menu is carefully chosen to showcase regional specialities. Our Taste of Scotland platter gives two or more diners a wide-ranging overview of these specialities–Scottish Borders pastrami, Great Glen venison salami, Scottish honey roast ham, Inverlochy traditional, and hot kiln-smoked salmon, Morangie Brie, Lanark Blue, Isle of Mull Cheddar–all served with Scottish oatcakes, homemade chutney, and Scottish butter.
Our whisky flights are grouped by age and allow diners to taste 4 drams from at least 3 of the 5 whisky regions of Scotland. With a broad selection of whisky on offer, our knowledgeable team are on hand to recommend the perfect whisky to match food choices or personal preferences. All flights are served with Scottish cheese, chutney, and oatcakes.
