THE CLYDESIDE DISTILLERY AND VISITOR CENTRE REOPENS FROM WEDNESDAY 11TH AUGUST

We are excited to welcome you back to The Clydeside Distillery and talk all things whisky! Visit us for a distillery tour & tasting, a browse through our whisky shop or relax and enjoy fantastic whisky flights and doughnuts in our Clydeside Cafe. Whilst we recover from the impact of the pandemic, there are some changes throughout the experience and several guidelines you should follow when visiting us. 

OPENING TIMES

Now open 7 days a week from 10.00 - 18.00.

DISTILLERY TOURS

Our guided distillery tours will run with a slightly amended capacity. If you have a tour booked or looking to book, please read the specific information here.

The Clydeside Tour will run every hour on the hour from 10.00 to 16.00. The Chocolate & Whisky tour runs at 4.20pm 7 days a week plus an additional tour at 11:20 will run Thursday-Sunday. 

Pre-booking for distillery tours is recommended as we are operating with reduced capacity and to avoid disappointment for your preferred date and time. Walk-in tickets may not be available.

CAFE & SHOP

Our cafe will be serving you fantastic whisky flights as well as a selection of doughnuts, supplied by our local partner, Tantrum Doughnuts. Our classic, whisky glazed doughnut will be available for you to try exclusively from our cafe!

We're sorry to say our Taste of Scotland platters, sandwiches, soups and scones will not be available for now.

Pre-booking for the cafe is not required. Walk-ins only. 

Our whisky shop is open for you to browse our vast selection of Single Malts. Our Fill Your Own range is also now available. 

Contactless/card payments are preferred however, cash is still accepted. 

ATTRACTION GUIDELINES

Face masks are no longer mandatory whilst visiting the distillery and visitor centre (from 18th of April 2022). If you would prefer to wear one then please feel free, however, this is no longer an obligation. 

Enhanced cleaning will be carried out at key touchpoints and our own hand sanitiser will be available for all guests to use throughout the experience.

We have been awarded with Visit Scotland's "Good to Go". The safety of our guests and our team is the upmost priority where we will adhere to the Scottish government guidelines for hospitality/tourism. 

Guests also no longer have to use the Check in Scotland app (since 18 April 2022). 

GIFT VOUCHERS / POSTPONED BOOKINGS

We are currently getting in touch with guests who have gift vouchers to use and how you can redeem this. Furthermore, we appreciate all those who were happy to reschedule their original bookings throughout our temporary closure and are contacting these people to rearrange.
