Stobcross Peach & Mint Highball

Stobcross, with its floral and orchard fruit notes, pairs seamlessly with peach, enhancing its natural sweetness. Ginger ale adds a subtle spice, while mint brings a refreshing, aromatic quality, making this highball a perfect, easy-to-drink choice for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Stobcross
  • 15ml Peach Liqueur
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • Top with Ginger Ale
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add Stobcross, peach liqueur and lemon juice.
  3. Top with ginger ale.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Stobcross Tropical Old Fashioned

The Tropical Fashioned enhances the natural vanilla and spice notes of Stobcross, using orange bitters and an orange peel to add a fresh, citrusy aroma. This classic serve is simple yet sophisticated, ideal for highlighting the depth and richness of the whisky.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Stobcross
  • 10ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 5ml Pineapple Liqueur
  • 5ml Banana Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

Method:

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. 
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. 
  3. Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass and use it as a garnish.

Napier Berry & Grapefruit Spritz

The Napier's notes of ripe berries and tropical tones are complemented by the tartness of grapefruit and the sweetness of raspberry. This highball is vibrant and refreshing, perfect for engaging consumers in a modern, fruity whisky experience.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Napier
  • 15ml Raspberry Liqueur
  • Top with Pink Grapefruit Soda
  • Grapefruit wedge for garnish 

Method:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add Napier and raspberry liqueur.
  3. Top with pink grapefruit soda.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit wedge

Napier Sherry Manhattan

Napier's maturation in Oloroso sherry casks makes it an ideal candidate for a sherry-based twist on the classic Manhattan. The added complexity from the sherry highlights Napier's rich, warm flavours, appealing to sophisticated palates.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Napier
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10ml Cherry Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Cherry for garnish

Method:

  1. Combine Napier, sweet vermouth, Oloroso sherry, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry.
