Collection & Delivery Information


Orders are dispatched through DHL Monday to Friday and can take up to 2 working days to dispatch. 

Delivery times are an estimate, we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service. Once your order is fulfilled at the distillery, DHL will send you updated communications on your order and tracking information. 

At this time, you can order a maximum of 2 bottles in one order. Orders of more than one item may be dispatched separately. 

We have two UK shipping rates available - 

1. UK Mainland £5 - this includes England, Wales and the majority of Scotland (Zones A & B)

2. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland - £13 (Zones C & D).

You can choose to collect your order from our shop. Orders are usually available for collection within 24 - 48hrs.

Please note the distillery will be closed to the public from Monday the 18th of October until Wednesday 17th November due to the COP26. If you are ordering for collection, please bear this in mind and collection is only available until, and including, Sunday the 17th of October. 

Please wait until we confirm your order is ready for collection before visiting.

When notified, you can collect your order from our The Clydeside Distillery at 100 Stobcross Road, Glasgow, G3 8QQ. Please show your confirmation email on your phone or bring a print-out with you when you come to collect your order as well as some ID. 

Collection Times - Orders can be collected Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Collection Point - Our Collection Point is within the retail shop at the distillery. 

Safety Procedures - face masks will be required when you arrive and during collection.

Proof of Age - In the UK, you must be 18 or over to purchase products containing alcohol. We may request to seeID as proof of your age when you collect your order.

Uncollected Orders - We will keep your order for 14 working days after which we will refund your items and return the items to our stock.


We are sorry but we are not able to delivery to EU countries for the time being. We hope to resume our EU delivery service as soon as possible.

*Due to the many supply chain issues being faced, this will be a UK-only release at this time. Product will be shipping to international distributors over the coming weeks and available to retailers in those markets. Unfortunately, there are many complications surrounding international transport at present. We will provide updates on our social media as product becomes available in each market.
